A couple of highlights from this month
I realise that there isn't a lot of meat in this part of the post, but I wanted to show the dress and shoes off. Here is a lovely outfit that is a gift from GeMyles for the Womenstuff Hunt:

Monthly Midnight Madness
Then we have some finds from the Monthly Midnight Madness for August. Monthly Midnight Madness was started by Apple May of Apple May Designs. Tons of great stuff available. It takes place over a 24 hour period, with two separate periods of 12 hours each. One starts on the First Friday of the month at Midnight (so, between the Friday and Saturday), and the second starts at Noon on the Saturday. There are limited amount of items (1200 of each) and midnight and noon themselves tend to see large amounts of traffic trying to get to the sites containing the goods.
My recommendations, if you do decide to partake:
1) Come in a full body alpha, usually Apple will send one out in the notice for the Monthly Midnight Madness group, but you should have one in your library...simply remove everything that you can and put on the full alpha (this keeps the lag on the sims lower);
2) please, please, please only click the boards once, it may take a few minutes for you to receive the item, but you will get it;
3) Use the Right Click and Touch feature on the board so that you are sure to be hitting the board and not an invisible avatar;
4) Since the number of items available is fairly high, have a little patience and maybe come a bit after midnight or noon to have a better chance at quickly obtaining the gifts;
5) Know that if you do miss either of these events, you may still be able to get them for a very low price (generally 20 - 100L each) in the After Sale.
Onto a few of the awesome pieces I got:
From Caboodle, the top was the Midnight sharing and the skirt noon; colour HUDs were available for purchase at reduced price. The glasses were the noon gift from Pure Poison. Shoes are from Apple May Designs. These are actually the HUD version that was available for 50L for the swirls (Midnight) version. The hair is one of Alice Project's contributions: Maria. You can't really see the earrings very well, but they were from Empyrean Forge.

Dress by Salt&Pepper, this is with the optional HUD that was available. The dress came was in purple only for the event. Shoes are by Essenz. The necklace and earrings are from Empyrean Forge. Hair by LCKY
For a bit of a change of pace, Dead Dollz had this yoga pant and tee as the gifts from midnight and noon. They also had HUDs available for purchase for both top and pant. Hair is the other offering from Alice Project: Poison II. And the jewellery was Cae's noon gift, butterflies set.
